I went out with a 28 YO girl and couldn't try to take her home that night as my parents were over (one room apartment).

And here's the clincher: she has never had a BF before, indeed I suspect she's virgin.
Now we are meeting soon again while I am moving to a new flat, which is almost completely empty. There's a kitchen and a bed (with very little blanket), but no dishes, no chair to sit on and very little lighting.
