If I understand your question clearly, I'd say yes, I've seen a lot of men get jealous. In my situation when I'm walking with cute girls the response is usually them looking at me like I'm some celebrity. Persons always tell me I have a celebrity look, my skin complexion and the way I move like I am a "rich " guy. Lol I always laugh when some girl says I look like a walking bank account ( its kinda scary sometimes considering the danger of possibility being targeted for money I don't even have.
Guys that knew me when I was aka a "board man" ( man without girls) , when they see me now with girls they usually behave dramatic and all excited. They come and shake my hand and try to talk to me like I'm a old friend they haven't seen in ages. Sometimes it's a good feeling, but usually I find it rather annoying especially when it's coming from old haters or bullies from high school. I just smile with them, crack a joke and quickly move on.
I could go on and on..even talking about how girls react to me when other girls are around me but I'll save that story for next time, unless you wanna hear that too
