Online Game: Competition Reconnaissance?

Have any of you guys ever reverse searched to see what's up with the competition in your age range/location? My first foray into online game (2007) Match allowed for it. I don't think you can any more, unless I am missing something.

It was useful as an ego boost, if nothing else. Not many men with any kind of game, at least not then and at least not in my area. Some of the profiles appeared to be parodies, really. Lots of them with terrible photos and riddled with typos, etc.

I’ve done experiments in the past where I made a fake female profile to see what kind of messages the dudes would send. 90% lame. Haven’t done that in a while but one of my fuck buddies is pretty active on Tinder and I’ve seen her matches. Dudes seem to be getting slightly better than they were a long time ago.

Interesting. Do you think it's driven by competition? So many men chasing so few women?
