Don't do this on full blast mode. Trust me, i have been doing it for few months and i have been sleeping a lot. Too much brainpower. Use Elon's Musk first principle rule on everything you do and you will feel extreme rewiring in your brain. Not fun, especially when you have bills and things to do but good for the long term!
