Hello forum members!
General question about opening girls in clubs. To be upfront, I'm terrible in these surroundings.
Yesterday i was in a club, dancing to reggae/dub music. I'm in my 30s and girls here are in their 20s, mostly students.
In this club I always see some girls glancing at me but I can never capitalize on it.
This one girl was also dancing, looking every now and then at me and later she came closer, basically nudging me with her backpack and then looking in my direction, although not directly at me.
The club wasn't fully packed and I treated it as an approach invitation and positioned myself parallel to her and tried to hip bump her. It came a little bit awkward, I lost my balance a little. I told her with a smile: "I almost fell, I thought you were gonna catch me."
She then said something to her friend and they promptly left. Oh well
My question is: is it a lame line or a weird reaction from her?
What would be a better approach in these situations?
Cheers!
