I recently posted a FR about a girl I met last weekend who lives about 45 mins away from me. We ended up setting up a date for tonight. Was hoping to get her to come to me, but long story short I pretty much have to go to her because of her schedule today. I was slightly worried this could look like chasing, but I'm not going to over-analyze this situation.
She's showing signs of interest and sounds excited to go out. Thing is, she doesn't even go out much in her town so she doesn't really even know the good spots to go get drinks. Also, going back to her place isn't an option because I'm not allowed in her college dorm. But I have a better option anyway.
I have access to a relative's house in the city. The relative is not there so I have the place to myself. It's a very nice place.
She's going to meet me somewhere in town. I'm thinking i'll have her meet me in the downtown area (not far from the house) where there are some pretty cool restaurants and bars. Found out parking there is free so if we decide to take one car, there are no worries about being towed for leaving the other car there overnight.
So, I could:
1) Go out to a bar, have a drink or 2 with her, and then suggest we move it to the house.
2) Suggest we go straight to the house instead of going to a bar, and maybe stop to grab a bottle of wine on the way.
My goal is obviously to get her home with me. Escalating to sex will obviously be much easier if we just have the date at my house, so that's clearly the option I want. I'm just not sure what the path of least resistance is.
