I’m 6’1 and 195lbs, and of mostly aesthetic muscular build. And even with this body, I get pushed too easily.

If I’m standing and someone pushes me, it doesn’t even matter if its a child or girl, I lose my balance fast and start stumbling.

Luckily because of how big I am people rarely try me, but when they do, I look weak cuz of how easily someone smaller than me can make me lose my balance.

Anyone else experience this before or know how to fix it?

195lbs to 6'1 it's not so much. Of course, if you have small % bf, that's good.

From a functional point of view, working out legs unilateral can improve your balance, ex: pistol squat, single leg romanian deadlift, single leg bridge, single leg calf raises, squat on that half-ball on gym(don't know how it's named), also core training. A good balance starts with a good foundation, and that's your legs.

@Alpha13SC half-ball it's called Bosu

@OP

There are experts actually doctors who focus on your feet. They make you walk on a path and do measurements. Sometimes your legs are a bit uneven. Its always a good idea to check a good one out.

Besides this I would do functional training, with running and similair exercises. Go play some soccer, buildup your base foundations.

Aesthetic muscular is not strong. You guys lose out with wrestling and other competitive sports, you need to train FUNCTIONALLY also. Then you are strong and balanced.

its probably because your stance is too narrow

meaning stand with your feet farther apart

when your stance is wider youll be more grounded and can use more leverage to keep you upright

also might wanna change foot placement in regards to where you’re pushed from. Like when you’re pushed from the front make sure you put your dominant foot back, ideally always face your target and take a boxers foot placement

hope this help

Yeah my bf% is very low. And the leg strength stuff is probably true because I skip leg day quite a bit.

Yeah this is probably the problem, my stance is very narrow a lot of the time. Thing is, I just dont want to look like a guy showcasing his package . I’ll train that until it becomes a habit and see if anyone comments on it looking weird.
