I wrote this pickup guide over years of me going out and experimenting and seeing what works and what doesn't work. I'd like to get some feedback on it to see what I should change,add,take out, extend, etc.

It's free to all those who want it.

It's a PDF file.

It's just a text file it's not an executable with anything malicious.

I see this edit, but PDFs can be malicious. There is a security-hardened version of Android called Graphene OS with their own PDF reader app they make widely available to all Android users in order to sandbox the files in a way.

I would still not take the risk of downloading an attachment from a first-time poster. I do hope it is legit though!

Is the person a scammer? is the file full of malware? we do not know, nor will we try to find out. I am removing the download links. This place is not a platform for sharing third party links - especially not as a new poster.

I am not a mod, but as admin, forum security is part of my tasks. I will not take any risks in this regard. However, I am in no place to issue sanctions as I leave this to the moderation team.

The OP, if genuine, is more than welcome to post his guide in the T/T boards - however it has to be posted as a forum post. First of all, this forum software allows us to post long texts, and if a standard forum post is not enough he can split it into subsequent forum posts - e.g. part 1, part 2, part 3... etc.

I delete in average 10 new users a month, who log in just to make a post with a link to some website.

Most are filled with malware. We are not irrational, we have our reasons.

Again, why not just post your guide as a regular post - you have still not provided a reason for why such is not doable.

Look, I already told you how things goes. If you want to post your guide, it is more than welcome - but it has to be posted as a usual forum post. If you do not want to do that, then do not post it.

Pretty simple.

Why are you so keen to push a PDF? Just post it on the forum, on reddit, on youtube, on your website, or any of the other million platforms you can post pictures, videos, or text.
