Places to approach in winter?

So now that the Earth is tilting away from our lonely star, I find that people (including me) are less inclined to gambol through the meadows and just walk around outside. Now I'm wondering if there are other places to go. Or maybe it doesn't matter?

Start a bonfire, it will attractions ladies like moths to a flame. Watch out for the homeless though

If not, maybe try an indoor mall or other stores? Bars and nightclubs seem to be good options as well.

You can probably start hitting up all the malls, clothing outlets, any store people buy Christmas shit at in about a week and have it be filled with people. If not then the week before Christmas I would imagine to be pretty popping.

I can't tell if you're being facetious here. Otherwise, the mall during christmas is not a bad idea. I'd have a good reason too, I could say that I'm looking for christmas presents.

I'd also add coffee shops, or where people can buy a hot drink to warm up.

As much as I like to approach outside instead of inside, do inside for the winter.

I would go to the Santa Clause line and find some girl standing around (probably waiting for her sister or cousin to take a photo with Santa).

Hey, "Psst...I can get you to the front of the line and on Santa's lap." Then you can bust out the I'm joking, just looking for a reason to talk to you cause I find you attractive, are you single? blah blah

Not sure what kind of city you live in (walking or driving), but in a walking city there will still be girls out walking about. As someone else said, a good spot would be coffee shops where people are hanging out inside to stay warm. Also, if you're going out on a weekend night (fri/sat night) during a snowstorm/icestorm/whatever and you spy single girls hanging out there's a reasonable chance they're looking for company that night, otherwise they wouldn't risk going out in such bad weather.
