Hi Guys,
Piggybacking off the Chase Frame Problem post, my first txt the evening after sleeping with a girl on the first "date" was "want to meet up this week?" with a response of "sure". Having just read a lot about managing emotions, obviously my txt was cold af.
Though I liked TwoRocky's suggestion about how to avoid looking like the chaser by inviting her to do something I would already be doing anyway I now think 1) I should just invite her over to my place in accordance with the general advice on how to carry on after first-date lays, and 2) that I should try to give her a positive emotional response with the invite txt.
However: 1) None of our txting interactions have been that lively (no exclamations, emojis, whatever), just logistics, and post-sex I didn't deep-dive or convey too much warmth (just some banter), and (perhaps consequently) she didn't accompany me to the door (I felt a little like a burglar leaving the scene of the crime). So I feel like I could come across as presenting a new face by trying now to make her feel positive emotions via txt. And 2) I live a 45min walk from her place (12min uber ride), so I question whether, given the uncertainty of the interpersonal dynamics, she'd be willing to just come over with those logistics.
So there's several factors to juggle, here, and I'm having trouble untangling them to arrive at the best move.
