We have a just-banned member on here who has been spamming the Boards with demands that people pay him for his supposed services.
He is sending invoices to people, demanding that they pay him for a variety of services he claims to have rendered.
UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREED TO PAY FOR ADVICE AND ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT, YOU ARE NOT UNDER ANY KIND OF OBLIGATION TO DO THIS.
People give advice for free on forums. There is no expectation that anything anyone says to you here is something you are supposed to "pay for."
Personally, if someone ever gave me free advice on a forum, then sent me an invoice for it after, I can tell you where I'd tell him to shove that invoice.
I suggest you do the same, should you encounter anything like this.
