So I was walking home with a girl today( she was going to her home and I were going to my home , we just leave close to each other).we were talking on the way home...and all of a sudden shet alked to me about a problem she has with a friend of hers and she sort of asked for my advice.Anyways ddo you guys think that she is placing me in the frienzone?

You haven't really given us enough information to give you a very informative answer. Personally, I wouldn't say asking for your advice on something is necessarily placing you in the friend-zone. Unless its guy related advice. And even if it is, she might be trying to make you jealous.
