What's up gentleman,
Although I don't post on the boards or reply as often I once did I still linger and browse from time to time. I also, still, fairly regularly get PMs and messages from people looking for advice and there's something I've noticed that I'd like to share.
Focus on your end result.
But Rich, so many people say to not care about the outcome; how do you justify this? I ask you this; is it not possible to fully commit yourself to something and still remain detached? Full commitment is not about staking everything on an outcome it's about being fully in the moment of whatever it is you're doing.
What I see so many guys doing is they focus on the each individual stair-step without ever focusing on the top of the stairs. I know what that thought process is like, you feel like if you just keep on mastering the individual pieces then the puzzle puts itself together but this is not the case. If any of you play any sports then you will notice this; a professional batter/golfer/disc golfer/martial artist has a smooth and fluid motion to whatever it is they are doing. Never in their mind do they follow a process like this;
Step 1) Plant my leg
Step 2) Brace that leg
Step 3) Start moving my other leg
Step 4) Start moving my arm to swing
Step 5) Rotate your rear leg more
Step 6) Keep your shoulder closed
Step 7) Follow through without picking your head up
The same is true with women. For over a year I have not thought about the process, it hasn't been;
Step 1) Approach
Step 2) Open and make her smile
Step 3) Deep Dive
Step 4) Grab the number
Step 5) Icebreaker Text
Working on your fundamentals is fine and perfect. Professionals work on their fundamentals all the time because solid fundamentals are what allow for a smooth swing. But, once you have your fundamentals in place then you should focus on your end result; whatever it might be. If you desire sex from a woman then you should be always be looking to move towards sex but you should not ever trick yourself into thinking that a step-by-step process is what gets you that sex. I hope that makes sense.
This is also why men who follow their desires are attractive because true pursuit of a desire means having the willingness to walk away when one approach doesn't work. If you desire sex and you realize you're not on a path to get it (i.e. you feel like the girl you're interacting with isn't suitable to reach your end result) then you need to walk away and try something else (i.e. approach more women).
It's really as simple as sticking to your guns and being able to walk away from a sinking ship. It takes a lot of courage to admit that the ship is sinking and too get away from it but it will help you immensely in your career as a seducer.
So, that's it. Focus on your end result not on the process, when you know you can't reach your end result one way then switch it up and walk away and try again. It's as simple as that.
