Random girl gave me her number for info on her lost dog

I was approached 2 days ago by a BEAUTIFUL girl looking for her dog. Our conversation was solely about the dog, and she gave me her number solely so I could send her some resources/links to find her lost dog. She texted me today thanking me for the help and letting me know the dog was found.
How might one suggest I turn this situation into a hanging out with her and maybe her dog situation?
or is it a lost cause ?

We only talked about the dog, but there was probably a small level of attraction because I was already talking to a random person, and I'm an attractive person if I don't say so myself. Also probably struck her as a caring person because I was sympathizing about loosing a dog and tried to help

I'm not sure I know what you mean. Like ask questions about the dog and keep engaging her in hopes that something comes up to bring her in? Like oh you found the dog at ___ I used to go there all the time with my dog maybe we can go?

Like you can text her, i have an idea make flyers and we can go around posting together i drive or you drive... that way one drives and stops one post

well I just went on a limb and said at the risk of being inappropriate, would you want to hang out sometime? maybe I could meet the pup? She said she has a boyfriend, but down to hang as friends. So I said nevermind bitch never speak to me again. Jk. I was like well I'm down too. Then we chatted via text for a bit about where we met and how we both love it there. We made halfway plans to meet down there, and then I cut the conversation bc I had to run to a gig that I invited her to, but she declined. She did seem interested in maybe catching me play another time though. Any advice on what to do from here. How to secure a hang and how to get past the bf?
