But are u sure regarding slow head turns and slow movements?
Because I have read many articles that SLOWING DOWN A BIT like around 20% is very confident and sexy .
2. Are you sure a man can come off as / seen as confident and attractive to women even if he does " fast , hyper energetic, alert " movements including turning head , turning body , hand actions swiftly " ?
3. Kindly give me examples or links of videos of people/ celebrities who move very confidently in attractive way..
I really want to observe and analyse and re read the movements and bodylanguage of highly confident men
No i didnt mean head turns and slow movememts are not attractive thy surely are. But the way you are doing them may not be correct.

Its not slow-motion movemnt, its SLOWER +CONTROLLED+RELAXED-FLUID
that is attractive.

Hi . I saw that , do u mean the guy in dark suit mimicking Salman khan ?
His head movements are extremely slow isn't it?
Should I have the same head movements almost everywhere?
If I consciously slow down head movements as the guy in the above video , won't I come off as weird?
One more thing is if I turn head that extreme slow , i will miss out on many visual observations in the surroundings.

And ... can we discuss on text ?

Yes if yoi try to slow down your movements that slow it will be weird because that kind of slow movemrnts cimes from a pyshoclogical reality kf being powerfull and high status, such that you know you are better than everyone, so you walk and move like a king, yoi dont think of what anyone thinks of you, so you move v. Comfortably you have 0 anxiety or need for social approval.

If you want to learn that kind of slow movements mechanically i would suggest
1. First dont think of slow movements, just observe yourself in situations where you are nervous eg: in front of pretty girls, in front of ur professors or teachers, in front of people who are higher status than you. You will see you will automatically be making fast movements, hesitating and speaking faster as well. Just try to be concious of that , notice when this happens and try to normalize your rate of speech and mivements in such situations. This is much easier to do.

2. after you have done this , learn to control your movments, think if slowing down later. Most people make their movements unconciously, being unaware of them. Try to be aware of your body and movments, moving each part of your body with control.
You can take some dance classes , or prqtice recording at home. It teaches you the diff when someone has complete control of their body vs not.

Once you have done these things slowing down your movements correctly and not in a weird way will become much eaiser.

So
1. Pay attention to nervous, jerky fast rate if speech and movments in front of people who make u nervous and normalize them in such situations
2. Learn to control your movments first then think if slowing down later.

Take some dance classes for 2 months, it's not very expensive, there you will see people with body control, tha will teach you a lot about attractive body movements.
