Damn. That's all I have to say now. IM FUCKING LAME lol. I'm deciding to start over and do the newbie assignment. The reasons for this is that I've been watching porn daily and masturbating more than once in a fucking day. It's affected so much situations in my life and the thing is its not the first time I try and quit. This time it has to stop. Fucking being a lame in real life is not ideal for me. I want more that average. I Want great

I also decided to delete or log out of my social media websites. I'm thinking of should also delete my whatsapp because it's only full of girls that have friendzoned. And family. It's kind of useless to me. No important contact for sports like skateboarding . Anymore advice on that would be nice.

It's all my fault and I have to fix it

When i have urges to watch porn i drop and do 50 push-ups, followed by a cold shower. It kills the urges for me, try it out.
