Reply to shit test message

Hi guys,
I approached a girl during day time, got her number, texted her and the next day she replies:
"Hi. Adrian, you look like a cute guy and I'm sorry I gave you the wrong idea by giving you my number. I'm not in that period where I want to meet someone. I hope you find someone as charismatic as you . Have a nice day!"

By the message I can see she is neutral or needs more comfort, or she just does not want to give up that easy (slut shame). If she was not interested at all she would not reply and give her number in the first place.
Any idea how to diffuse this? I'm guessing something a little funny but also serious in that I am OK without you. A reply example will be much appreciated or at least your opinions.

Hey Adrian. Unfortunately she isn't neutral and doesn't need comfort. This is a simple one to read - she's just not into you, but was kind enough to at least tell you she's not interested. She was nice enough to give you her number because that's the easy way out and she didn't want any conflict by saying "no." You're going to have to move on from this one.

As for a reply message, you can either not reply at all or just send something like - "I appreciate the honesty, see you around. "
