Resetting PC.. Worried about GC-Ebook

Back once more.. It's been months; but this time I'm here to stay.

Without wasting time.. As the title of this post states; is there a way to make sure I don't lose my "How to make girls chase" eBook when I reset my PC?

I'm currently still going through the book.

Help will be appreciated..
