Have you seen Russell Brand, during interviews and such?

HE has this overwhelming dominance over women. he acts like a child, leaves women speechless with so many jokes and things he's
throwing at them. Eventually he breaks their guards. Leaves them completely out in the open while making a lot of sexual remarks and indicating his interest directly.
During the process if you're an observant person you'll see him touching women while he's at it. Then uses this martial arts move, which is he get's a woman thinking what to say and he goes for the kiss right away. Again completely dissolving women.

He's a little far out there in that clip from the start.
i.e. He gets away with it because he's him but if it's not something you can keep up 24/7, it might not come off great to start touching like that out of nowhere.

He's a little more laid back but he just talks about everything and anything.

I've experimented with his style a little, just keep rolling topics without stopping, mainly observations and going on tangents about them. They key is just be be able to keep talking about everything and nothing all at once without stop.

There's a few problems with adapting his style though. See my thread on humor...
If you are not 100% congruent with it, it's impossible to keep up this persona constantly.
Some things he says are so off the wall that for the average guy to just come out with it, out of nowhere, it falls flat, be congruent.
Make sure people know you are joking around.
Above all... don't be the class clown if using his stuff...

Having said all that, if you look at the clip I set above, he does a lot of things right. He sets chase frames, "us" mentalities, he has his own sort of edginess, makes hiumself the prize, moves fast...

Exactly! You can't pull off his act unless you're very extroverted in general. He uses his humor in a personal way, he obviously doesn't care much about the audiences reaction, waiting for a response or such. It's actually very animalistic you know, the words coming out of him is utter nonsense, he's just blurting whatever, some funny and what he's really doing is kung fu.

He's distracted her and now goes all over her jumps , he knows his target is now exposed, same way martial artists disarm attackers with guns or knives. They say something like "wWhat's happening??, I don't have money, can I write you a check for a gazillion dollars please don't kill me!!" as the attacker thinks of something to say to the guy he's pulling a gun at, those guys pull the weapon, release the ammo out of it and cock the gun in 1/2 a second.

The key point is distraction with him.

High energy guy. He's naturally very effervescent. Even so, I find that using this style can be difficult to balance the "fun" vs. "seductive" vibe -- not that they're entirely mutually exclusive. I think it's worth playing around with different styles, even if you find that you're more of a chill, laid back reserved type. Being versatile, bringing the energy in the right ways.

I've noticed something very important!!

Which is not in Chase's book. (I think)

When he speaks or shouts, he has a very noticeable change in volume in expressing something. Say if you're telling a joke, don't go all monotone about it. If you become louder or more extroverted at certain parts when saying something, you can make almost anything sound funny. It adds colour and tone to your speech, monotone is boring. If you're gonna make a point, WHY NOT SHOUT IT OUT !!!!!

and make some funny moves and gestures to compliment the joke!
