Sometimes I'll come across a thread that I want to remember and I'm not sure how I can save it.

Is there a save or favorite feature?

And if not can we get one? :)

Make a 'Girlschase Boards' folder in your browser and bookmark the threads that are helpful ;)

J Wick,

Bookmarking the thread in your browser and labeling it appropriately is definitely the best way to go.

If you only want to get notified when the thread is updated, you can always make a post on the thread and make sure e-mail notifications are on so that you receive an e-mail whenever a new message pops up in the thread. =)

EDIT: There is actually a "Bookmark Topic" button at the bottom of each thread page that can be used to save threads. See Chase's response below. =)

Thanks guys,

I actually bounce around 5 different devices, some shared with others, so saving it in a browser isn't as nice as saving it to my account.

That being said if I get my own device and stick to that, I can use the browser method.

For now what I do to save it to my GC account is click "post reply", then copy and paste the section in my reply, change the subject to something that relates to why I saved it and then just hit "save draft."

This saves it to the "manage drafts" section in the user control panel. Actually didn't really realize how useful this method is until I wrote this reply (had to think about it through and through), so in a way problem solved fellas.

J-

At the very bottom of the page you'll see a list that reads

  • Board index - Subscribe topic - Bookmark topic

If you click on "Bookmark topic", the thread you're on goes into your bookmarks list in the User Control Panel.

To return to bookmarked topics, go to your UCP and click on "Manage bookmarks", or use this link: ucp.php?i=main&mode=bookmarks.

:)

Awesome! Just tried it out.

Thanks Chase.

To think the "manage bookmarks" button was right above the manage drafts one... Makes me wonder, what else in life is just right under my nose?
