Hey guys,
For 2014, I've been managing a better Seduction Log as a Google Doc.
Key benefits:
I was going to make an example Google Doc to share, but I don't think there's a way to share without showing my real name/email.
Therefore, I made an example one and took a screenshot. I love color-coding. I can just scan through and be like, "Ah, kissed this many this month. Approached this many this month." I think it's extremely useful. Because of this and because Google Docs can be private and can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection (e.g., your phone), I prefer it over other options.
The log entries in this screenshot are purely fictional, but my log looks similar in style (not content). You don't have to add tons of detail, just add enough so that you remember the experience. In fact, you can just jot down a few keywords. I've kept a Dream Journal for the past 4 years or so, and I only write down keywords. Because of the way our brain works, just by reading the few keywords, I can recall about 95%+ of the entire experience. Once you feel like it, you can start adding more detail. I try to focus on one question: Why did she either refuse or accept giving me her phone number or kissing me and so on?
Start simple and then gradually move into more detail, else you'll get bogged down and makes it feel like "work" instead of fun.

- Locations & Times. It lets me know what days and times I see the women that I like. If I go to a mall at noon on Monday and only see 1 beautiful woman, I'll remember for the future.
- Motivation. It motivates me because I glance through my log and think, "Man, I haven't approached this week. What am I doing?"
- Positive Morale. It makes me feel good about myself seeing past seductions. I thought last year wasn't that good, but when I wrote up a quick log based on memory, I kissed a lot of girls in 2013! By focusing on the positive, you see a better version of the past than you perceive it as based on your current situation (e.g., "Why am I alone?" "Why did she leave me?"). Even if you haven't kissed a lot of girls, you'll feel good about all of the approaches you did.
- Skills. It gives me a clearer picture of what has and hasn't worked for me and of my weaknesses/strengths.
