She thought you would judge her for giving in on the second date. You should have gone into detail about how much you appreciate her openness and willingness to go for it. Persisting would have helped and making her comfortable.
That having being said, you should try to hang out with her again and see if theres any chance of going anywhere

But when we talk about what happen to us since high school she explained to me her crazy stories about sex...When we talk she seem like a girl of experiences.
