Chase mentions to move fast with women or you will lose all the attraction acquired, this also means to be physically intimate with her on day 1 or 2 (which is fast as hell) now I go to a commuter university a lot of students either live at home with parents, room mates or live on campus. I live with my folks and when it comes to bringing women into my house I know my parents would be sketched out (imagine if they find out I was hooking up with her) now I know some of you guys will say "bring her home when no one is around" well that would be tricky since my mom is home a lot and the fact that I will be having a full load of classes plus club activities and work will just screw a lot of shit up in terms of finding the opportune moment. So what do you guys advise I do in my case.

It may be that your parents just can't handle it (cultural background etc), but I would not assume that. Frankly, being a seducer is >50% about overcoming social fear and fear of judgement and just training yourself to be a guy who does whatever the fuck he wants, whereever and whenever. Your parents are as good a place to start as any. What you'll be doing as a seducer is going around making sure everyone knows you're a guy who wants to fuck girls and is willing to do what it takes to make that happen. Why not tell your parents this and explain that you have a date and you will be trying to pull her home, and if you are successful you would appreciate being left to your own devices. I was much too shy and unconfident to even consider doing this at your age, and embarrassed about sexual matters, even though my parents were pretty cool with stuff. That's a great shame. Now I just tell them if I have a new gf or whatever, no biggie.
