Sex with minors? Thoughts?

This is borderline embarrassing to ask. I guess because it almost signals that I'm still in scarcity but I'm not. I just have jailbait looming outside my front door that is sexually available/lusts me hard, and hard to not take advantage of.

Met a girl in my neighborhood recently that just moved in with her parents that's really cute, we have great sexual chemistry, is practically in love with me from an hours worth of convo, the only problem is that she is 15 about to turn 16 and well I'm 21 now.

I wouldn't normally think twice about hooking up with an underage girl as I don't see any reason when I can go meet any girl I want, but being that this girl is always around (only person my age in the neighborhood) and sexually available it's a bit hard to resist.

She's rather aggressive with me, makes moves (always finds ways to touch me or bring us closer together), and goes out to the park outside my house regularly in hopes that I come talk to her (which I do from time to time).

I started reading the laws for Florida and though a minor is considered 18 (as opposed to states like Alabama where a minor is 16 or under), there is an "exception" that a minor 16 or older can legally have consensual sex with a man under 23 without the law kicking in.

I would obviously look further into this rule before fucking her but if the rule rang true it would be hard to pass up for sheer convenience and novelty of the lay.

I've hinted at sex with her and she works hard to qualify that she doesn't think age is a big deal, she wouldn't allow her mom to find out, and that she knows I wouldn't stick around afterwards (thus I wouldn't hurt her, she just wants a fling).

Nonetheless I'm still pretty fucking weary and don't trust her words. If something were to go wrong (her mom found out or something else weird) and I got charged I'd get fucked up the ass for 2-3 years in a penitentiary and that would kind of suck so yeah.

Curious to yall's input and opinion on sex with minor's.

Friends I used to hang with back in high school were all older than me and they fucked minor's like they were blow up sex dolls (these girls were kind of known for going after older guys) but they were also convicted felons and didn't really give a shit either way.

One even had a kid with one and the parents didn't file a charge or anything.

I think sex with "minors" really depends on law, but as much as media or social media tries to scare you, I know and see first hand that teens (13 to 16) are just as fucked up as adults.

Not a "nice" or a "good" thing as society but everyone lives for themselves.

Check the laws on the state, and country. In Singapore, you have Women's Charter, where the law favours women. It's abit fuck up in some ways, but do observe real life experiences (like you have) and checkout those who end up in jail or get some fines. Usually, it's not because of the sex. It's more to age of consent or invasion of privacy, like video recording without consent.

If it's legal, then you're fine.

If it's not legal, then best to avoid it. There are plenty of legal women out there.

The only case I would consider making love to a 15-17 year old, in a state where it's illegal, would be if I knew the girl really well -- well enough to hopefully think she won't go crazy after sex (but that's always an unknown) -- and if I wanted to at least make a 1 year relationship (this way less of a chance of her getting upset and going crazy and telling everyone I raped her or something). Otherwise, there are too many minor details that could blow up, and you end up on some sexual predator list that you'll never get off of and hurt your life/career.

If you have a scarcity problem, then the answer is simple Meet new women.

Haha yeah that would suck ass right? Then I'm the guy with a red dot over his house when you look up on "family watchdog" or whatever that site is.

That's a wild site when you look up and you realize the neighbor down the street that gave you homemade candy for Halloween when you were 8 years old sexually molested multiple kids and did a stint in the penitentiary, makes you wonder... Lol.
