She became more silent than usual?!

This girl started to talk to me over Tinder, she said her eyes melted after seeing my hot pictures..
I was surprised that a girl would come off so strong so I immediately responded her and started to chat
We have been texting for over a week now and I know I should have asked her out way earlier but I did it yesterday.
I asked her to go out with me on friday for ice creams and she said yes. She lives in downtown near a river where are few very nice places.
I also realized that I should have set the date maybe for tomorrow or the day after tomorrow so a few basic mistakes has been made..

The problem is that she has been a little quiet after I asked her out and I'm not sure if I should keep texting her every day. I like texting with her but I don't wanna ask boring questions like: "How's your day been" kind of shit because that's not interesting. So what should I text her or should I text her at all for few days? Should I text her everyday? If so, then what kind of things should I talk with her? She's hot and I don't want to miss my chances with her

I'll have to say this is still pretty new to me so I hope you guys could throw me a few helpful hint's how to keep her interested until friday when I'll have my chance to blow her mind!

Thanks for your quick reply! Yeah! I've been thinking all day something to text her for nothing , however I sent her few SMS during the football game but that'll be it. I'll calm down a bit and get back to her on Friday to confirm the time and place. Less is more right?!
