Hi guys. My name is Charles and I am so lost,

Yesterday I was really frustrated with a family member and I kinda made my girl scared the way I had acted. After the incident happen we kinda talked of text and I just said what she wanted to hear I guess, but I didn't feel that had done good for her to leave for a week. So I called her latter and we went for a drive. While we were driving she told me that she was getting board if our relationship and when I make her frustrated she looks at other guys and questions "us". I don't know how to bring back the unboard girl friend that I once had. Is it some thing that I am doing? Or some thing that I am not doing? She also told me that she does like me and would want to marry me but she said she board what does all this mean?
