She Threatens To Leave the Car

I have a habit of beginning escalation in the car since I don't normally have a bed available. The last girl I went on a date with refused to let me park the car so we could kiss, despite being fine with letting us kiss at the end of the date and at every stop light.
She threatened to get out and walk... And I feel as though giving in to her to prevent her from walking out of the car was a big mistake as a subtle form of chasing.
How should I react to something like this next time? Should I call her bluff and let her leave if she really does?

You haven't provided enough information about your relationship with her. If a girl wont want to kiss, it could be you've moved to slow or fast, maybe you haven't given her enough value, maybe you've creeped her out, maybe you have no sexy vibe.

I bet you haven't given enough of your presentation before you tried to close the sale if you know what I mean.

It's not uncommon for a girl to go along with a kiss or two without really wanting to do it, so she goes along with it to be polite or not to upset you while at the same time thinking that she has to get out of this situation somehow.

There's a field report I did a little while ago that talked about what happened that night in greater detail. I actually think I deep dived with her far more than anybody else, but I only had a few hours to do so.. But, I can always work on that if that's the problem!

The thing about deep diving is you need to strike when the iron is hot, women are emotional creatures and will go cold on you if you DD now, let her go home and then try to escalate two weeks later, for example. When you get her alone again recap on something you talked about last time and then find a new tangent to DD again.

Thanks dude. She'll be in Mexico for the rest of June, and I asked her to buy me a souvenir so we'd have an excuse to meet again. Plus she asked me to make her a picture since we're both artists.
I don't see any reason now that we wouldn't meet up again
