Should I initiate eye contact?

I am from India and what I've seen is that the "eye contact situation" is pretty bad here.

The problem is that girls tend not to give you an eye contact or steal glances even if they do like you. (That's how it is at school anyway...)

So the question is, if I find out that they are interested, should I give them the "E" without them initially looking at me?

Yeah the same shit here, but I think something has changed. Now it seems, nobody ignores me, I mean girls. They all seems to care me, and are interested in me and thinking about me, i guess. Sometimes it may be an illusion, i'm not sure. But I think this is really happening. What I simply did is, I transformed my mindset, which now enables me to think about women in a different way. Earlier I saw them as the devil incarnate But now i see them as some silly little creatures who are cute, innocent and helpless. So, its your mind after all. And when you're in good mood, your body adjusts in a good way too. You will have good facial expressions, good body language, a good walk, a good posture and a good everything. Also your confidence is flying high. Which makes you a totally sexy creature in her eyes. This should work for you too!
