Since I was 8 years old I've been playing video games until now that I'm 23 and a bit of porno which is kinda hard to get rid of them. I felt like my self-development kinda suffered and taking more time simply because even I already have every bit of materials I still haven't giving enough much time for them. I bought the program that Chase created himself but I'm haven't touched it yet.

So my question is, does this both vices can hinder the growth or its just my psychology? I don't have any other vices like smoking, drinking, except this two. Is it really necessary to to get rid of this?

Right now, I'm uninstalling every video games in my computer that is just the start.

I don't think you should stop playing video games. I still have a bunch of games on my PC and game regularly. What you should do is stop watching porn or limit it to once a month or so, and most important hit the gym. I don't think Girls care whether your a gaming or not. I think they see it as a past time.

Just don't get to carried away where your ignoring girls because of your gaming habit. Other than you should be good.

Definitely quit porn.
I stopped playing video games ever since I started going out and meeting girls. Meeting girls and just socializing with people is much more fun me now than playing video games. I think you just kinda grow out of it over time when you start to have more important things in life that you want to do, and video games just don't give you the same satisfaction as pushing your comfort zone and having real life experience with cute girls.

Sasha Daygame talks about his buddy that would ask to come game with him and his buddy would decline his offer and proceed to play GTA San Andreas (its interactive; you have to feed your character, go to the gym, etc) and the guy would spend great lengths of time with his virtual character at the virtual gym to get bigger so the character could have a higher sex appeal and get the virtual video game character laid... Instead of doing it in real life.

I agree definitely nuke the porn as it will rewire your brain and fuck your sex life up over time.

The video games is a waste of time lets be honest. They're also addicting but serve no REAL value to your life. If you want to get serious about self development and still play do so for maybe an hour or two once a week but otherwise I'd toss it.
No successful person ever attributed their success to their winding down to play video games.

Good luck

Listen to Smithy and Rob.

If you think about quiting video games and it seems like it would be hard...

Then you must do it. Break any sort of dependency you may have of them. After that you can ask yourself if you should play them.

As for porn, yes without a doubt quit that shit.

I am a recovering addict. I'm 23 as well. The longest I have made it was 2-3 months and I consistently approached and hooked hot girls during that time, didn't matter if they were in groups or alone.

If I relapse, I literally feel a lack of energy. I can't easily hold eye contact, I am reserved and uninspired. A complete opposite of when I am conserving my sexual energy for myself or sex(real sex doesn't seem to have a detrimental effect).

I just started a new business project and unfortunately broke a month long streak. I now have to kick my butt into gear whereas before I would be a working machine. I did learn a lot from it though.

One, that I love my real powerful porn free self, and although porn feels good in the moment, it hinders that man greatly and sabotages the opportunities that only he can take.

What you're really after is the dopamine high. Dopamine is supposed to be triggered by things that are of value to your life.
Sex, food, exercise... But video games, porn and junk food still set off dopamine.
Look this shit up.
And get your fix from some real shit. Hit the gym, eat your veggies, find a passion, and meet girls.

Looking out for ya
