Sleeping with Women and how it affects Social Circle/Future Girls?

Hey guys, hope everyone is doing well! I had a few situations happen to me in the last few days and they are a bit weird. I'm not sure if I should be concerned or not?

Last night I was out at a bar and something "interesting" happened. I had a girl from social circle/ extended social circle come up to me and say:

"Hey Rdawg, I heard you had some fun with XYZ girl". (said this in a teasing/flirty way) (XYZ girl is a girl I slept with back in July, I never wrote a lay report up on her but I might soon).

In response to this, I just played dumb and acted like I didn't know what she was talking about. She brought it up a few times and then eventually walked away and said "oh ya, sure ya don't".

Anyways, this isn't the first time I had a girl say something like this to me. I had another girl come up and ask about the same girl but about a month back(Both of these girls have been interested in me in the past; fooled around with both of these girls). Also, last night, a guy I know came up to me and said:

"Hey Rdawg! What's going on???? My friend Rachel mentioned you last night and she said you slept with her friend so and so? (The girl he was referring to was hot tub girl, from my lay report).

In this situation, I had no idea who Rachel is but it must be a friend of the girl I slept with. I guess she told this guy I know, that me and her friend hot tub girl were "talking".

Last scenario, my best friend is talking to a girl from school right now and somehow in one of there conversations I was brought up. I guess the girl he is talking too said that "Hey, someone told me that Rdawg ate this girl out that's in my class out for 2 hours". So, a girl I slept with back in May, is going around telling everyone that I ate her out for 2 hours? To be honest, I never did, I ate her out for maybe 10 minutes and she loved it (she also asked for it), so it's kind of weird that I am starting to hear something like this, especially from people I don't know. (I know the girl that said this is very FUCKING crazy). Not sure if this is a good thing or bad thing lol?

Anyways, with all that being said I am just wondering if this is something that I should be concerned about. I live in a city where the population is about 250,000, so it is rather a smaller city and lots of people know each other and people find shit out. I can see this being both good and bad, especially with the more women I sleep with?(e.g. sexual experience for girl, player status). I am just wondering what you guys think and how this could potentially affect me for future girls in my city? Lastly, just wondering how you guys would respond to a girl that would say something "Hey, I heard you slept with so and so"?. (I just played dumb, but I am sure there is a better way?) I am experiencing a lot of success with women, so I am not going to let anything hold me back from improving.

Just to clarify, I never actually ate a girl out in class haha. I may have worded that slightly wrong lol. The "Girls" are in the same class and that's how they know each other.

These are good problems to have bro with simple solutions:

"Hey Rdawg, I heard you had some fun with XYZ girl". (said this in a teasing/flirty way)

With subjects like this I use facial expressions and the fewest amount of words possible(even more than usual). I probably would have just grinned and asked where she heard that. If she would have kept talking about it or accused me of denying it I would have just responded that XYZ was really cool and left it at that. Discretion is the key on your end even if you think the person asking already knows everything. Playing dumb isn't wrong per se but you might have missed an opportunity to amp up the tension between you and the girl that asked(assuming you wanted to fuck her) and broadcast to your entire circle that you keep your mouth shut. It's only slightly different from playing dumb but it makes you look way more in control of your shit.

Anyways, with all that being said I am just wondering if this is something that I should be concerned about. Concerned? No sir, this is advertising and apparently people are enjoying your product. A high-partner count (whether women will admit it or not) is a desirable trait in men. If you ever want to stop slangin' dick around and meet a "conservative" girl you can easily shift to the "been there, had my fun" mentality and your new girl will feel as though she got the ungettable. Win-Win.
