Slow Opening

Had great success with Chase's style of opening and overall(opened girls are super receptive and stuff) but i dont know how to approach girls who walking fast or far away from me. Speeding to them will kill the vibe of smoothness.
I have some ideas, for fast walking girls smth like reach them and say "Hah, you walking pretty fast" or stuff like that.
I would be cool if u guys help me with your ideas
