I don't think there's any magic secret to it.

You just work on or around the g-spot area while putting a little pressure on the area (obviously don't be overly rough).
The original question I had though was it's pretty easy to make a girl feel like that but it's up to the girl to know she can squirt or be willing to. Otherwise they'll often make you stop before they let go.

Yeah, I've tried this a little more with some success.

If you "hit the right spot" so to speak, all girls reactions will be similar, you'll feel them getting ready for it but some girls don't know how or that they can do it so they won't.
You can't make it happen if she doesn't want to or feels she can't or won't. Other girls are very open to it and they seem to get a really strong orgasm too.
