Sticking Point - Get investment but no 2nd date

Hi guys - I have a re-occurring issue- I can get them out on 1st date but no 2nd data. Logistics are horrible: I either have to take them to a hotel, my office, or her place as I don't live in the City. I'm trying to figure out a model for her place. Thinking about 1st quick date (like 1 drink), 2nd quick date (seed her place and try to pull, if she's not on-board an hour in, end the date), 3rd date or bust.

I can get women to invest money (buy me dinner), initiate the kiss (last one I pulled away quick bc I have rules that I don't kiss in public...people will talk. She wouldn't return texts. I tried to save auto-reject by sending her "I had fun talking with you text" 1.5 hours after date), or licking their lips with wild looks in their eyes. They will not come out for Date 2 though. I have had some decent SDL success so far, but when it comes to dating...fall on my face.

Is this an attainability problem?

Girls have more (rather many) choices. Your overall value is most likely not high in comparison to other guys

Change your strategy, it obviously doesn't work. Don't text first, wait. If she doesn't texts you wait 3 days, then send your text.

Licking lips with wild looks in their eyes...?? Hm, it all depends, if you are charismatic you may get away with it, but if you are rather conservative guy it might be preceived as being childish, perhaps a weirdo... just don't do it...

As far as the licking the lips stuff...she's licking and biting her own lips, not me. I could definitley see how that would be weird AF.

I've been thinking that I'm really an attraction junky and my dates come off too gamey. One girl said that I was like Artificial Intelligence...she could sense that I was running analytics in the background.

I think at the end of the day my calibration is off
