Sudden Direction Change While Walking

Have you ever been walking somewhere, then realized you forgot something, and turned around right away?

I've been doing this a lot lately. I remember reading something by Chase describing the perfect way to turn around gracefully.

I went through the article on walking, but couldn't find it...does anybody know where it is?
