Sweaty Hands and Touching

Hi everyone,
So I naturally have really really sweaty hands. I don't know why, it's not nerves or anything they're just always sweaty. I've tried different remedies and am constantly wiping my hands (secretly of course). They're only a problem with girls. If there is any exposed skin and I touch it to physically escalate, they recoil in disgust. This is really bad because they start thinking I'm nasty and I start thinking it to. I can't hold hands or touch their face, seeing as how those are extremely sensitive areas. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

Sounds like hyperhidrosis.

It can be cured with botox, or temporarily with ointments such as Antihydral.

After a long walk around town in the hot sun, my last girlfriend and I were alone together. I put my arm around her and held her hand. She told me that it was too sweaty, and I just told her that I didn't care and was going to keep holding her hand LOL, and then I gave her a quick kiss on the lips. She never removed her hand from mine.

And if you feel self-conscious, you can just put your hand around her waist or back instead.

I don't think this will ever really be a major problem. The only girls that I hold hands with are my girlfriends, and if they're your girlfriend, they're not going to really care. As for dates, there are plenty of other areas to touch. Touch her hair. Touch her thighs (either jeans or skirt covering thigh, so she won't know). Basically, she won't know that you have sweaty hands until her clothes are off and you're caressing her. And by then, you're already golden.

EDIT: Also, there are ways to hydrate yourself that produce less sweat. A lot of elite athletes do this (especially runners)... it's called electrolytes. Drink less water and drink more Gatorade/Powerade. For myself, I hate the shit that they put in those drinks, so I drink coconut water or make my own electrolyte drinks (coconut water, sea salt, natural sugar, etc. mixed together). Coconut water is available in cans at organic food stores (e.g., Whole Foods).

Thanks Pinot,
I'll try the coconut water thing. It's really embarrassing especially when someone comments on it. But electrolytes may be the solution.

Wouldn't that make your hands powdery and again, yucky to touch? I mean I'll try it, but I'm just wondering.
