testicular cancer

hey guys i am a 17 yrs old teen and i have performed a self examination on myself because i was feeling very low on sex drive from a week and having pain in groin and legs and i found lump on my left ball which red and very big than my right ball these all are signs of testicular cancer.
now i am very confused how do i break it to my parents because i cant talk to my parents because they are very conservative and my father will either get angry or laugh it off also they have just paid 5000 USD for my leg fracture and education they are like almost broke.(my dad is also frausted lately and taking out anger on me and my mom)
i cant go to clinic my self as i am underage and in my country doctor wont check me without my gurdians
i am feeling hope less now i will appriciate any advice given what is best course of action
also should i commit sucide because even successful opreation results in removal of testicals and what is a man without balls,whats the point if i cant pentrate a girl and reproduce.

You need to go by Doctor, the sooner the better. Tell your mom if your dad is giving you hard time, she will take you. Not every lump is cancer, but at the same time don't look for any diagnoses or advice online.

hey people sorry for bad vibes it was fucking pathetic for me to have sucidal thoughts.i was able to talk this to my dad and he took me to one of the best doctor of my city.the doctor told me it could be a cancer but we do have to wait for reports.
now i am trying to clear my but i wanted to know is there a hope i would be able to seduce gals and satisfy them.
