So I got a hot blonde's number last week. She was working on the shop floor at a clothes shop. Cold approached her and got the number. Exchanged a few texts. Sent a third text on friday asking her out for drinks to which she didn't reply. Then I used radeng's awesome text (thanks radeng!) saying "Hey! I thought you were super sexy and wanted to meet you out, just a drink. If it's weird at all you can just say you have to wash your cat or something ;-) and leave whenever with no pressure whatsoever, now what night/time works for you?" She responded to that saying:

does this girl just want to fuck? i mean she says she's not up for dates but also asks me where i was thinking of going. so maybe she just wants to bang? maybe I could invite her straight to my place with an excuse (eg do you want to check out my latest track ive been writing in my home studio? and chill out with a bottle of white?) ?

or maybe i could just say we can meet for a casual drink at a bar and see where it goes no big deal? maybe she wants to know the places i go to to see what kind of guy i am? like if i go to the trendy cool places? what do you guys think?

I like Radeng's electroshock text it forced her out of lethargy. Incidentally, it also shows that if she doesn't answer the first text (the Friday text) it can be for any reason, and it's always worth trying again later.

I would just ignore the last comment and propose a casual drink in a bar not too far from home. From there, if I get a good vibe, I would propose the transition to home under any excuse. Why not the latest track, it's original.

Logistics is more important than showing you go to trendy places. Somewhere close to your home and cool enough.

Ok brilliant thanks! Yeah I ended up texted her saying we could go to mine instead and have a bottle of wine and listen to music. She didnt reply though. However the other day I had a date with another girl and 30 mins in I proposed going back to mine and listening to my latest track to which she said yes so will definitely be using it again as an excuse! Cheers!

The date directly at your place might be a little difficult to pull off, so it's best to have an intermediate step in a "neutral" place close to yours first. Even 30 minutes face time is good enough before proposing to move to your home. In fact, any excuse will work. But listening to your track sounds a fun and original idea, I would stick to this.
