I listened to William's podcast about race and was happy that Girlschase is talking about this while so many generic PUA forums ignore it with "it's your game bro!". Now I am speaking about this as a Korean American guy who has had direct experience with this but before I say this, I want to make one thing clear.

Your fundamentals absolutely matter, handle those first.

If you're a socially awkward guy of a minority group or one who holds all of these beliefs, believe me, you are going to struggle even if the girl is very into your race. The girl can have a thing for K-pop and have aspirations of dating an Asian man, does not matter, you will struggle if you don't bring anything else to the table other than being Asian. Even the girls who are into black guys are not going for just any black guy in sight, they're going for the confident ones with game.

With that out of the way, I think that as a guy of a minority group, your entire success relies on your location. I truly do.

I read that William used to live in Texas and quite frankly, I doubt that even now with how far he has come if he would be able to get with the hot blonde types that dominate that state. Now I don't think this is because of "preferences" or anything, it is because of how things are in areas that are rough for minorities. Some girl might find a guy of a minority group attractive and love the idea of being with him but they have to deal with angry white guys in that area, in some areas this can end in violence.

I strongly believe that this is it.

Like white guys, we need to work hard on improving our fundamentals but while a white guy can have success anywhere, minorities need to be more aware of the area they're in.

I understand where you're coming from. It may seem that minority groups have trouble in different areas.

But I also disagree.

To a certain point, of course it matters where you game. You can't just go to a muslim country and game the same way you would in Cali USA. But I don't believe that race has anything to do with how well you can game in different areas. I think it just comes down to game. Matter of fact, I think you could even have an advantage in places where your racial group isn't a majority in that state. You're something different.

Instead of all these, "Race makes it harder to game waaa!" posts, we should start posts on how your race can give you an ADVANTAGE with game. Stop giving these guys a crutch when they can walk perfectly fine.

As a minority myself, yes location does play a role. Some areas are definitely easier for ones with less experience or who may not have their fundamentals down. BUT, the part I'd disagree with is that your entire success relies on your location. Now see, when you talk about angry white guys preventing the girl from coming to you, obviously, that's a problem that's probably not worth tackling head on. But keep in mind also that the more people are averse to a woman hooking up with a guy of 'your race', the more deeper a girl will have an attraction for you if you've got your fundamentals handled and are attractive. Because not only are most people of their own race not working on self improvement, you're also a rare person of YOUR race working on it. Elusive unicorn like stuff.

And Jake, that might be a good idea; but I think it's better to just get more minorities (like William Gupta) who are either naturals or have learned to become great seducers to give their own viewpoints and experiences about how success IS attainable, despite racial stereotypes and barriers. And to do that, just continue to do as GC is doing, that is providing the tools for men to develop their own game and skills for life that they can then become role models for others; and so on.

Best way to be successful as a minority in the "tough" areas that OP speaks of is to 1. Have outstanding fundamentals, and 2. Be a direct part of the social circle or demographic you are targeting. If, for instance, you are the cool Korean dude within a circle of very cool locals (white, Texans...whatever), and you relate directly to the same culture, the issue you describe with location and not having access to white girls goes away.

I have seen this myself in college (I went to school in Texas) with two Chinese guys who got laid with these types of girls allllll the time. Cool dudes, very popular, you hardly saw race as an issue when talking with them. And they were in separate groups, but full of cool guys and girls, mostly white and Southern.

Most minorities that complain about this...just don't relate to the culture. William spoke about this in the podcast.
