While I have had some success getting girls back to my place and "sleeping and doing other fun things" with them (as one girl put it), I have a problem with knowing what to say afterwards or when to say it. Too often, the girl goes into auto-reject after I don't talk to her and never talks to me again.

When do I text a girl after and what do I say? Do I text them first or wait for them?

Thanks!

I like to text the morning after something like: "big smile and wink for last night. I think we make a good team."

It's short, sweet and to the point. Also, the reference to "team" implies comradery, togetherness, etcetera. Just about guaranteed to get a response with that, in my experience at least.

I typically avoid anything that might make them feel used or like an object. The worst post-sex reactions I've seen are when I use the word "fun". So beware of that one!

I'm sure someone else can break out some different responses based on various situations. Mine is sort of a catch-all. :)

That sounds pretty good narrow. I'm also wondering how to keep that attraction going. Not really to go for dating, but enough to keep the girl around and keep in contact with her. Any ideas? Ideally, I'd like to keep a girl or hopefully a couple girls around. How do I let her know I want to see her again, but keep things casual?

Well, to be quite honest... the way I accomplish that is to basically keep fucking them! Making sure you're keeping in contact, but while still following the law of least effort. It's ok to initiate some contact every couple days via text so long as you have an objective in mind when doing so (such as setting up another meet). If they're not initiating contact (read: texting first) AT ALL... then are probably not FWB material, want more investment from you, or worse- not interested in continuing the relationship.

Bottom line, in my opinion: You're going to have to keep sleeping with them on a regular enough basis to keep them from going into auto-rejection. If you can make time to see a woman once a week or so, and sleep with her on nearly every date/interaction, then she is FWB material and wants that too. These women are actually not hard to find, but you need to come off as completely non-judgmental that she's engaging in this behavior, show your sexual side/vibe as a constant, don't text her to death (law of least effort) and be deliberately moving each interaction toward sex.

I have a girl right now that I see once or sometimes twice a week and everything above has been working to keep things fresh and keep her interested. But, when you find what's working for you- do that. Some of the best strategies and ways I go about things may not be things I learned on this site, but rather just things I picked up on along the way. I noticed it works for me, so I keep doing it!

Good luck!

I guess my issue is I usually meet girls at parties and alcohol is a factor. I wouldn't mind meeting up with them when I am sober, but it just feels awkward. Any advice on this?

the right date makes getting her back home a piece of cake

If it seems awkward being sober with a girl, you may have an alcohol problem. Otherwise just contact her and get her out on a daytime date with no alcohol.

I would have no problem with meeting up sober, but my worry is that the girl would think it is awkward.
