We've seen recently an influx of new guys in the forum asking very basic questions who obviously haven't read any of the fundamental articles from GirlsChase. I've been recommending them to read the "Essential Articles" list on GirlsChase that used to be in the right-side column, but I just noticed that it doesn't exist anymore (I'm guessing since the redesign of the website?).

If I remember correctly, they were the articles that covered all the key PUA fundamentals like cold approach, frame control, moving fast, night game vs day game, sexualizing, texting, midsets, etc.

I think that list was quite important, because there are just so many articles on GC that for beginners it's hard to know where to start. Perhaps it would be worth considering reinstating it (@Chase)?

Also, another idea I had that could be fun is to "crowd-source" a list of favourite articles here on the forum. For example, each guy submits 5 articles that are his favourite, and we put them into a list of "Best Of", perhaps ranked by cumulative votes and member ranking (e.g. a vote from a Tribal Elder is worth the most). This could be an interesting way to see what the community thinks are the most valuable articles.

Just some ideas. Let me know what you guys think.

Yeah, I’ve been seeing a lot of that too.

Before I started approaching girls, I devoured a lot of girls chase articles for weeks.

I really like the post by Will that organizes 1500 articles, but it might be much for newbies.

My first good complete source of info was the How to make Girls Chase book. Then it was the newbie assignment, which is my favorite rn.

There’s is also an article about making a map to get a quality girlfriend, cutting most of the riff raff, which I think a lot of guys would want

as much as I like the crowdsourcing idea, I think that articles with more views or controversy would win, not the most helpful, but that’s just my two cents.

@Atlas IV,

Yeah, the list got cut down when we moved to the new theme back in 2019 I think it was?

We also still have a much shorter list in the new theme (which is back in development again, after a year in hiatus! Hopefully we'll actually get that finished up and launched soon. Have a very capable developer on it now). That bugs me though so I might try and figure out a way to get a big list in there again while still keeping it functional.

We have a page on the site that I just noticed is linked absolutely nowhere, however, and has all the core articles listed.

It is actually better organized than the old sidebar list was.

That page is here:

Probably I should get it linked somewhere on the website, I guess?

Maybe sorting the articles by skill level? Most already mention the target audience ("this article is only for advanced seducers" when the tech is easy to misuse). Or just update the "new? Begin here" section

The articles who helped me the most as a clueless virgin were in that order:

-Invite girls out before asking the number
-14 texts to make a girl want you (not optimal for intermediate/advanced but more foolproof)
-The anti-feminism/ethics ones funnily enough. Wokeness is so widespread that most clueless guys (including past me) have it as a subconcious mental model. The really agressive wake-up slap articles are a god send to reconnect into reality.
-The "move fast" article. Building the habit to go for the pull is huge

We have all the articles sorted into skill levels already, in fact.

We were supposed to roll that out with the elastic search, which alongside the new theme got stuck in development hell.

When we launch the new theme, we'll have the elastic search, which'll also allow filtering by article skill level.

Long-term we'd still like to use @Grand Pooba's tracks idea (where we bundle content into different learning tracks and guys can go from this article to the next one in a track).

Anyway, for now, for anyone who's interested, you can view articles by level sorting here:

  1. Beginner
  2. Intermediate
  3. Journeyman
  4. Advanced
  5. Master

-The anti-feminism/ethics ones funnily enough. Wokeness is so widespread that most clueless guys (including past me) have it as a subconcious mental model. The really agressive wake-up slap articles are a god send to reconnect into reality.

Haha.

I get a kick out of writing those, too.

Especially since most of the time I aim to keep it a bit more even-keel...

Yes, that's the list. Actually if it were up to me, I'd put it on the landing page somewhere.

Right now, the landing page has two calls to action - sign up for the email list and buy OneDate. Assuming a newcomer isn't sold on either of those yet, they should have a third option, which could just be to explore the massive library of information.

So maybe a section at the very bottom of the landing page that's something like:
"Or just want to look around? Well, we also happen to have the most extensive collection of articles about seduction and dating on the internet (over 1,500). Click here to get started with our curated list of the very best."

And that sends a few of them down the GirlsChase rabbit hole (and they eventually might end up here).

What are your thoughts?

Also, not trying to tell you what to do with your life's work here 😅 just a tweak that I think could potentially help retain new traffic. Your articles changed my life, and will probably do the same for many others.

That's a great idea!

The current site setup is just really poor at making clear the extent of what is on the site.

The new theme fixes this... but it is probably worth getting up a quick & dirty fix on the homepage & content pages while we're waiting.

I was going through the articles in this section but found two that I couldn't access

Remember you had to bring down some articles in the past for personal reasons but I was curious to read both these:

But keep getting slapped with the doorman page lol

Anyways ,let me know why since other articles work just fine ...

Again ,if for personal reasons, I totally understand.

Thanks

Yeah, I’ve removed a few articles for personal reasons over the years.

They shouldn’t be showing up in the lists though. Something’s wrong with how the taxonomy lists are filtering articles in that case — should only be showing published (not unpublished) pieces.

ok then...no problem

I believe the other articles you have written fall along the lines that you wrote these two.

For example , why people cheat( the one I mentioned before ) would be similar to :

While the boyfriend one will be similar to the other articles you've written on getting girls with boyfriends

Right?

Along those lines, yeah.

The cheating one more focused on opportunities to cheat. Higher exposure to opportunities (or higher penchant for seeking them out) = higher likelihood of cheating being an inevitable thing.
