this is honestly some pretty savage shit. works on any girls you’re sleeping with that have feelings for you. it’s pretty dark so use at your own risk.
as a primer push pull would be pushing a girl away then pulling her close then pushes her away either physically or verbally. we’re going to focus on the verbal. a simple example would be “i love you i hate you.” but push pulls can go longer the longer you know each other. so over time you can completely withdraw affection for hours and be cold followed by warmth.
at a more extreme level you can create massive fights over what you don’t like about her, her personality, even telling her she’s no longer attractive to you. say she’s not respecting your boundaries. you can push her to the point she leaves. within about fifteen minutes of her leaving send her an email (yes an email) in which you tell her that she is gorgeous and amazing and so special and you wish things could be more with her but it’s dificult. you’re creating massive amounts of drama delivered in a push pull. be sure to apologize and tell her you understand if she leaves. this makes her wonder if you want to leave.
