Hi Guys!
Some backstory: [I've been a member of this forum for half an year and have been regularly active in the general section and field reports to gain insights about female psychology and perceptions of an experienced gamer. But it's my first time posting a thread myself though.
Anyways, I was introduced to game about 3 years ago, and the idea itself struck me so hard I couldn't contemplate the world from such a new perspective at that moment of time and I tried to cold approach by myself only in the initial days only, experimenting with this newfound stuff, which was aweing me from inside.
I initially got some success, then my results started to loose the slope and remain constant (my first approach surprisingly turned into an insta date) and then I had to leave game due to career prospects (I was a college sophomore at that time).
After a while I have returned, though I have gamed in bits and pieces in between but I feel myself to be holding a more mature and masculine frame now, and I'm trying to learn game in a proper sense now, step-by-step and in-depth.]
I've gone out a few times nowadays making step-by-step goals and advancements(like eye-contacts, directional openers, asking opinion, complementing)and I've realised approach anxiety doesn't actually hit me a lot now and my opens have almost got 'effortless', meaning I (almost)don't feel approach anxiety as I used to feel in my beginner days. Also, women are actually stopping by and responding to me and not hurrying away or making weird faces.
What now stands ahead is the premise, or I must say the most important part, which is the conversation from the opener to the hook.
What frustrates me at this point is the type of advice I get about this on the internet or my wings who rely more on numbers game. I know how to banter and have fun with a women, but after I open women stop by, wait for me for a moment and then walk away out of embarrassment since I generally don't have any idea what to actually talk about during these crucial minutes. One of my wings asks me to just be natural and funny, but I find this advice to be extremely vague in the true sense, since he is also unable to explain what he says after his openers.
So what should be my next goal after opening up and complementing(statement of interest)
How should my first lines really go?
What frame should I having at that moment?
What should be the general points I need to keep in my mind(including the content of my delivery)?
What should be the general flowchart of the conversation?
And, how will I know if the set is truly hooked; and I should go for a close?
I already know how to go for closes properly from my previous experience, so it shouldn't be really any issue later on. I've got around 12 numbers and a couple of dates(no lay yet sadly)from cold daygaming from my college years too, but now I seriously want to work on my post conversation properly so that my closes would go solid, non-flaky and more satisfying
Cheers!
PS: @Spyce D had been my close friend and a good wing during my journey and he's struggling with similar issues lately in the context of cold approaching
