Also get a chlamydia/ghonorea/mychoplasma test in 10 days.
And HIV test in 4 weeks and another one after in 6 weeks (make sure they are 4th Gen test - that is antibodies and antigenic test - if you only test for antibodies, then you can only test after 6 weeks for legit results). Additionally ask for an RNA-Test (NAAT). This RNA-test is valid after 10 days. Eastern europe, especially old soviet (which Ukraine is) has a high HIV-rate.
Test for Hep B and C (skip B if you are vaccinated) in 4 weeks or so.
Test for Syphilis in 5 weeks.

So yeah get TESTED. Do the RNA-Test after 10 days. If that one is negative, you are most likely OK.

Antigenic and antibody test will not be valid - it takes 2-3 weeks for antigen to appear and 4-6 weeks for antibodies - hence that test will not be valid at that time, however you can test for Antigen after 2-3 weeks).

Waiting 4 weeks can be long - which was why I suggested the RNA-TEST. However, not all labs offers it and it is usually pricey, but you won't have to torture yourself for 4 weeks! Actually, just go see a doctor you trust and be transparent and tell him you would like to do a full test and suggest the RNA-Test. He will know where to take it. It is also good to have a doc following you when getting tested in case something happens.

HIV is very dangerous is left untreated. It is not the end of the world if treated. So go get tested.

A regular cold can cause these symptoms. Hiv symptoms are similare to those caused by many other viruses. Do not assume anything until you have been tested. The psychological aspects also plays a role here. Get tested asap and get it out of your head
If positive you can still live a normal life including sex life after 3 months of treatments.

If you test now your test will most likely be be reliable If it is an antigenic test (4th gen tests test for both antigen and antibodies).

The faster you test the faster you can get this out of your head if negative. The faster you test the faster you can get a treatment if positive. Only benefits here.

Again symptoms are not reliable diagnostics tools for hiv.

If you take a test and dont get a phone call within 3-4 days (oftentimes even less) it is very unlikely you are negative.

Edit: do the following tests as well: covid, mononucleosis (very contagious and give those exact symptoms that you are listing). I would also take a herpes simplex antibody test.
Edit 2: make sure the hiv test tests for both antigen and antibodies. Take the test this week and take another one in three weeks. The results of the test this week will give you a good indicator of whether you are positive or not (like 85%). The other test is to be 100% sure. If positive request a confirmatory test (a new test - since false positive tests do occur. They are rare but they occur - happened to me)

And again i need to stress this - hiv if treated is not a death sentence anymore and you will be shocked at knowing how well the modern treatments work. If positive and this is a big if, you will most likely reach a viral load of 0 after 3 months of treatment which means that you will be able to live just like anybody else - it means you will have no symptoms and will not be contagious. You can even get children! Yes you will have to take meds every day. But so do I for another health condition (ulcerative colitis). It is not the end of the world.

People with hiv live as long as everybody else and your quality of life will not be affected much. This is at a condition: that you discover it early and start a treatment asap. If positive the virus would not have caused any damage to your system yet.
