I was at a party this weekend.

A friend of mine who plays the same sport as me threw his birthday party at a house in the woods.

I got there at about 8pm, and went up to him to say hi. He greeted me warmly and then showed me the kitchen, the refridgerator full of beer and alcohol, and told me to take whatever I wanted. So I grab a beer and go outside to meet the others.

Unfortunately, the m/f ratio is not very good, and I spend some time talking with a girl I already knew. She has a boyfriend, but he's a really cool guy, and I take an instant liking to him. He offers me his piece of bread with a piece of meat on top, and I'm heistant. He encourages me to try it though, and to my surprise, it's delicious! He then makes another for himself and we eat together.

I then move on to another group, one by the campfire, and hang with them for a while. There is only one girl there, an extremely pretty one with black hair and blue eyes, but she's with her boyfriend, who's already half drunk. When we moved to a table, she sat down next to me, and I deep dived her. Probably could have done better though, I was slightly tipsy myself.

Another girl comes and shows us a magic trick, and I spend some time figuring it out, and then spontaneously invent another magic trick which actually works

We then move inside to play cards, a game we call Arschlöchlen, and I proceed to completely crush everyone, while bantering with the black haired girl from earlier and another girl, called Fabienne. She's pretty, and we have some intense eye contact at times, which end with her looking down and smiling.

After winning a couple of rounds, I head outside again and meet another friend. He's in a group with two attractive girls, and they ask me for my name, and I get theirs in exchange. One of the girls turned out to be the boyfriend of an old friend of mine, of whom I'd heard of, but only now accidently met. It's a small world.
The other girl was called Olivia, and she was very attractive. I flirt with her and touch her, but at this point we're both kind of drunk, and I get the vibe that although she likes what I'm doing, she wants to party. No idea though, since I didn't actually lead her anywhere she might have been open towards something happening.. hmm.

I notice this only when writing this. Next time, I'll ask for compliance, and build it up, and then try to isolate her.
If it doesn't work, who cares, trying is the most important part!

I then go back to the house and dance for a bit. It's a handful of girls and two or three guys dancing, and so everyone notices everyone. Which is good, since I'm a good dancer, and soon Fabienne is dancing sexily next to me. We get closer and closer to each other, and eventually I just put one hand around her waist, and we interlock the other hand. I hold her really close as we dance sexily, half grinding on each other, and I inhale her husky scent.
I was getting really turned on by her lithe body puslating against mine, and I somehow knew so was she, but it seems to did her boyfriend. (What?)

This dude came up and shouldered between us, taking her, and pushed her away from me, now dancing with her. I just stared at them for a moment, realizing that he was her boyfriend, and then I got amused and went back to dancing.

That's about the gist of it. I left out meeting some cool new people, and some other things.


LESSONS LEARNED:
-Always try to move things forwards, even if I don't get a clear green light! I can't read minds, it's probable that she likes me, but if I don't move things forwards, well, nothing happens! So BE HUNGRY FOR THE PULL.

Need to be more consistent with updating this journal.

Am very busy because of finals, but have kept seduction in the back of my mind, which means I just work on fundamentals.

Today, I just did one approach. After going to the gym, I took a tram to get to the train station, and there was a truly beautiful woman there as well. She had a lovely summer dress with lots of flowers depicted, which showcased her feminine body, as well as sunglasses, not completely hiding a beautiful face.

I was struck by her image, and when we exited the tram, I considered telling her how I liked her style. She started walking really fast though, and so I quickly come to decision and rush up to her, and tap her on the arm.

She turns around, and I smile at her.

I tell her how I thought she had a very interesting style, and how I especially liked her dress.

Here, looking at her, I saw that she was 30-ish, older than I had thought, but beautiful nontheless.

She was delighted by my approach, and even thanked me for it, and said she should be more like me.
She then had to enter her train.

Still, it was great to see how I made her day. It really showed me how rarely women are approached, even (or especially?) beautiful ones.

Only one approach today, as I spent the morning in a 4 hours physics exam for finals.

After the long morning, I went to the gym, and after that I went to play volleyball at a different place. While walking there, I came across a cute brunette with a fancy top and black pants, and I didn't hesitate a second.

I raise my hands and do a policeman stop, while smiling st her. She stops and starts smiling back before I even say anything, and I start:

"Hey, I just saw you, an had to tell you..." and then I looked her up and down sensually, and her smile widened, "that you have an amazing style!"

She thanks me and looks very flattered, but also a bit overwhelmed, as I definitely pattern-interrupted her.

Here, my dumbass self told her to have a great day (while touching her bare shoulder), and she thanked me, still a bit overwhelmed.

I left because I had somewhere to be, but I'd still rather have stayed talking to her, introduce myself and see where I can take it.

Hindsight is a bitch A helpful one.

Good about this was how completely natural it was. I didn't think about it until I left again.

Really goes to show how when you think, you start doubting yourself. Thinking is good for afterwards, but in the moment, just do whatever feels right! (Guided my your seduction-honed instincts)

Beautiful girls are everywhere

I noticed my flirting and deep diving isn't as good as they should be - had the interest of a girl I met today fizzle out because I wasn't as sexy as I could have been. I tried to deep dive her, but I didn't do it very well.

WHAT THIS MEANS:
I need more exposure to women! Talk to every female creature I possibly can, and accelerate my learning curve drastically!!!

Approached two girls today.

Girl 1: She was walking in front of me, and had a great ass under the blue jeans she was wearing. I wonder how to open her, and decide to go for something I saw someone else in the boards use (Alcman, I believe), who compliments girls hair.

So, when she stops for an intersection, I tap her on her shoulder. She looks at me with a look of guarded scepticism and a bit of dismay.
"You have nice hair," I say, and she takes off one earphone.
"Excuse me?"

I repeat myself.

"Oh, thanks." Her expression has not improved in the slightest. Seeing how we are not clicking, I bid her goodbye and move on.

It's a numbers game, after all.

Girl 2: I was walking to the train station when I saw a pretty brunette walking in my direction. I walk up to her and do a policeman stop.

"Hey, I just saw you, and I had to tell you..." while smiling at her, the beautiful being, and she is smiling at me with the same vibe.
"...that you have a very interesting sense of style."

"Oh, thanks!"

A slight pause and she asks me:
"Are you doing something today?"

I interpret this as her screening logistics, and reply: "I sadly am busy today, but perhaps another time?"
She laughs delightfully, and says:
"Noo, as in are you paying people compliments today."

"Not really, this was completely...spontaneous."

While saying this, she touches my arm and I kind of put my hand around her waist, and we spin a bit. She loves it.

"Hey, I'd love to stay, but I really need to go catch my train," I say, and she tells me to go get it then!
But for some strange reason, I don't take her number...


LESSONS LEARNED:
-It's a numbers game - and totally worth it
-Talking about numbers - START ASKING FOR THEM! Who cares if I get it or not.
What I did so far was to combat AA, but now it's time to really push for something.

Today's explicit goal: Approach at least 2 women after running my errands.

Went to the city today to give English tutoring, then went to the gym. After that, I had two goals: Approach at least one girl, and buy a travel guide for my holidays this September.

As I walked down to the lake, I came across a cute brunette walking towards me.

I kind of surprise her, however, and deliver my now standard opening of: "Hey, I saw you, and had to tell you I think your style is really interesting."

My delivery was off, however. I said it too fast and my body language was not smooth and powerful.

She says: "English?" and starts walking again (I delivered in the local language), still looking like she wants to go on her way. My dumbass self says: "Oh, English!", really pathetically too. We both keep walking.

Still, that I approached is still a victory for me! Every approach counts.

By now I wasn't feeling very confident, even more so since I broke my NoFap on Saturday.. which firmly convinces me of the benefits of NoFap.

But, I told myself I will approach ONE more girl, no matter how it goes. Push myself!

I end up following a girl in a dress, and cross the street to get to her; only she crosses the street at the same time xD

I therefore go back, and open from the side.

She's older than I though, and not incredibly attractive to me, so I give her my compliment and wish her a good day.


I struggle approaching girls in groups (haven't done it yet), and approaching girls consistently. When it's a spontaneous decision, I can approach without thinking, but when I see a girl and I'd have to do something special to go get her, or act super fast, I end up stuck in inaction.

-Run after a girl to approach her

LESSONS LEARNED: -Speak slower and use pregnant pauses when delivering my opening.
-Approaching is great! Get as much volume as I can, and push myself the most I can.

Went out today to get some questions answered about the final oral exam I have next week.

I arrived at the city at lunchtime, and was stunned at how many people and pretty girls were out and about. Most of them in groups though, or at least with a friend.

I didn't approach any girls yet, which was a mistake.

I did go up to an asian girl in a pretty blue dress and delivered my opener, but she thanked me and looked down on her phone again, so I kept moving.

After getting the answers, it was already 2pm, and when I headed down to Bellevue (name of place), there were almost no pretty girls. I walk around for a bit, and don't approach some options, since they were far away, not very attractive, or with a friend.

One girl came out of nowhere and walked past me, and I didn't have enough time to react. I keep walking, telling myself:
"Oh man, she was pretty, but now we already passed each other, and she saw me - wouldn't it br awkward if I ran back anyway?"

Bullshit. Just do it anyway! Who cared what happens.

I told myself I could only make myself a milkshake at home (banana + blueberry, oh my god, DELICIOUS) if I approached at least one more girl.

Walk back from the train station to Bellevue and lo behold, I see an attractive girl from behind. I speed up to catch up to her, and at some point she stops, now at the tram station, and looks around. No doubt she saw me as well.
Suddenly indecisive, I stop, and watch her from relatively afar. Finally, I steel my nerves and go up to her, and tap her on her shoulder.

I consiously don't look at her and wait for her to look at me, before making eye contact.

She's not as pretty as I had hoped, but I deliver my opening nontheless. She thanks me, somewhat emotionless, and I bid her goodbye.

REVIEW:
-Approach girls with friends! Show them my balls of steel
-I seem to do my opening only to gauge her immediate interest level - if she immediately hooks, I stay in set, but otherwise I bail out. After some thought I realized my wording assists this too, since I say: "..I just wanted to tell you that...[compliment]", instead of: "I just had to come and tell you that...[compliment] . I'm [Name].
So I'll change that!

Also, I'll try and stay longer from now on, and at least introduce myself and get her name. Now I'll learn how to get her to hook

I need to approach with more powerful body language and voice tone as well, so keep working on my fundamentals!

So, the day after I wrote the last post I was in a bad state, nd didn't have time to do any approaches (excuses).

Then last round of finals was upon me (oral, this time), and only now am I truly free.

This weekend, I was out with my parents, and we went shopping for an outfit for the celebration for having finished school.

I tried out mainly two outfits: One really classy and elegant one, with a dark navy blue blazer with a light blue shirt.
I looked fantastic in it.

The second one was a less classy, but no less amazing blue blazer, which is quite hard to describe actually. Suffice it to say that it's modern and fashionable, while still being elegant.

I chose the latter since I'll be able to put it on as part of an everyday outfit, since the other one would only be for special occasions.
So now my wardrobe has been significantly upgraded

My goal for next week is to approach at least 4 girls direct, and see how far I can push the interactions.

Went to the gym, and when I came out, I saw a black haired girl in a dress walking past. I quickly decide to go for it, and jog after her. When I get to her, I come up on her left, since she had a bag on her right, and tap her shoulder. I make sure to wait until she looks at me before making eye contact.

She thanks me, and instead of ejecting like I normally do, I put out my hand.

"I'm a bit older than that," I reply, and when she asks, I tell her I'm 18.

Turns out she is 23.

We were walking during all of this, and when my turn comes up at about this point of the conversation, I tell her: "Oh well, a real shame!" while touching her bare shoulder. She wishes me goodbye as well.


I walk down to the train station after that, and take a longer way that exposes me to more girls.

Here, I fucking chicken out of three approaches.

First was a blonde girl around my age, drinking from a bottle. She looked cute, but for some reason I got nervous and kept walking, and she never looked at me.

Second one was a girl in a pretty blue striped outfit, also around my age, who was obviously waiting for someone. She kept looking around.

This was 30sec after the blonde girl, and I again hesitate, and when I am perpendicular to her she makes eye contact with me for about a second, probably because I am looking at her.

Another 40seconds after that a black girl in a black dress eith flowers depicted on it walks fastly past me, not giving me time to react.
I contemplate turning around and rushing after her, but don't because she already saw me and it would be awkward...or would it? Only way to find out: TRY APPROACHING AFTER SHE ALREADY SAY YOU WALK PAST HER. Although obviously not ideal.

Also started rushing after another chick with amazing legs, but then she met a friend and I stopped there. Hmm.



GOOD THINGS: I approached a girl and pushed myself in the interaction! Excellent.

Am now on holidays, on a trip, a week somewhere with your old class. We are in Italy.

Not much to report. I spend my days flirting with girls and bantering with buddies.

Went a week to a windsurfing camp. This will be the recap.

First of all, we meet at a train station, and I find out an attractive younger girl I know from extended social circle will also be coming, along with her sister. And then there's a friend from last year.

I start off on not a very seductive footing - I make not so amazing jokes, and don't really act like the powerful, sexual man I want to become. Nonetheless, I flirt with them both, and as more time progresses, I become more passionate and intense.

We arrive at our spot in Italy, and erect our tents, and the camp starts.

We then go to the lake, and have to get to know each other.

Also, I was tired the second day, and loose some status, but after another day I build back up.

Interestingly enough, the pretty blonde I knew had her 'pissed off day' during which she didn't pay much attention to me or anyone, and after that night her sister all of a sudden starts chasing me hard, seeking my touch etc., while she distances herself a bit. They obviously talked about me, and decided that her sister shall 'have me'. Unfortunately, I'm not very attracted to her.

During the week, there were four pretty girls I flirted with, with one noticable one: J.

My friend told me she had told him last year she was a lesbian, and she did look like it. She was very touchy with me however, (but also with others as well to a certain extent), and lots of sexual innuendos were passed between us.


There were other girls I saw who were very attractive, who I didn't approach because I was in a group, and because I didn't quite remember how Chase advised to approach on a beach. Will reread the article.

Another thing I want to learn is Lucid Dreaming, so I'll research it and find the best way possible to start.

Today was the first day I followed the routine, and I must say, I feel great! Vegetating around doing nothing of worth is an invisible sort of parasite - you don't realise it affected you until it's gone. So, will do everything I can to stay disciplined.

I got inspired by Varoon Rajah to do this, since he seemed to have followed a similar path. Writing things down and constantly setting and reviewing goals is a lot more powerful than simply trying to keep everything in your head

Alright, writing this while still drunk.

My routine is going good. Some difficulties with programming, but otherwise good.

I am now in Lisbon, the captial of Protugal, with a friend for a few days. This is our last evening.

Saw some pretty girls to approach, but generally they use too much make-up here, which I dislike.

I 'accidently' touched a mediocre girl's soft, feminine leg though, which got me incredibly aroused.

This evening, I went with my friend to a few different bars, and we return to one bar after finding the last we wanted to go to closed.

There is one group of four or Austrian girls, and one group of French girls.

Lol.

We then say: "No, he's cuter!" for a short while, until we decide on me. Then I kiss the beautiful french-speaking girl, but it doesn't turn into an intense kiss. More of a sensual one.

Still, I simply love girls, and I thought I'd write down this funny experience.

I'm writing this to organize my thoughts.

The fact is, I'm not disciplined enough as I'd like to be, and have to be, to accomplish my goals. As of late, I have little to show for. The only thing from my schedule that I more or less managed to stick to was meditating.

One of the biggest problems, I find, is that when my days are exactly the same, it's easier to stay true to the routine I'm trying to build, but as soon as there is an interruption - say, I spend the morning doing something with friends or family - then the routine gets rattled, and the likelihood of my going back is small, especially if there is friction.
Take, for instance, the app. The design I have is great, but there is one element I don't even have a clue on how to implement it, and since I'm stuck focusing on that, instead of slowly building the rest up instead, I get discouraged and don't even work on it.

Also, vague goals are terrible. NO VAGUE GOALS.
For example, daygame whenever possible. Fact is, to go do daygame I have to go to the city, which takes me about 35 minutes to do. Curiously enough, now that I think about it, is was never really present on my mind... hmm.

I just realized my biggest problem.

I NEVER REALLY REREAD MY ROUTINE PLAN.

How is this significant? Well, I like to keep things on my mind - but that means I might forget certain things, or put less of a weight behind it. The written word is much more powerful.

Good that I wrote this down, this is very helpful. It means that in order to stay motivated and disciplined, I need to constantly review my goals and my progress.
I'll write down my routine and goals on a piece of paper and put it somewhere where I can see it every day.


Another thing I worry about is loss of time. I waste a lot of time on Youtube and Reddit, time that could be put to good use, by working on something (app/daygame/piano/sports) or reading a book (Lubbocks List!).
I'll try to minimize the amount of time that gets wasted. If I go out more, to do some serious daygaming (which I can't say I've done before), I'll not only feel better, but learn a lot more too, and use the big amount of free time I currently have much more prudently and rewardingly.

I'll end this ramble by reposting my routine, as well as seduction goals.
