In the first 10 seconds, even 30 seconds or a minute or more of the approach, she should be completely misdirected and inside her mind thinking about something you've noticed about her, or said about the environment. Then you can use proper hook material that will land.

I am pretty sure that in the first 10, 20 or 30 seconds of the interaction girls are not in their head as you said, instead girls are actually paying attention not on what you noticed about her or said about the envitonment but instead on verbal subcomunication you are displaying while you are talking and they are millions: eye contact, tone of voice, body lenguage, posture, your clothes, your hair, your tattoos, your feelings, millions and millions of subtle cues that will make her get an idea of your social value and weather you are a low value or high value and there are so millions of cues that she can surely be aware with 95% of probability weather she would like to fuck the guy or not and that is why I proclaim that the dynamic of male and women is a "yes or no" based on how fast a girl make the decision about the guy who is approaching her. Obviously that i am not saying that you should open a girl forcing her to say that decision, that would be low value because you are needy and do not have standard other than her look. What I am talking about is about how the perceptcion of the girls when a PUA is cold approaching a random woman, and how the woman get enough information about the social value of a male just with 10 seconds (even i would say a lot of information only with the male opening his mouth).
Girls are really social intelligent to pick the cues that say a lot about the male social value.
And that is how fast attraction happen.

I have seen it a lot. These girls can keep talking with you and be receptive to your shit material for a long time but when you do the final move of closing her, she says NO. Then you start realizing what I have been writing here that girls are on to be picked up or not

I’m telling you that you are talking shallowly about things you don’t fully understand.

You don’t.
Attraction is not the only tool at your disposal… hell, it’s not even the most important one… just because “attraction” was the buzzword in 2008 and a bunch of so-called dating coaches idolize it, it doesn’t mean attraction is the only principle of seduction.

First, if you can’t attract in the first 10 seconds, you’ve likely done things or are presenting yourself in a way that kills attraction before the approach. You need to work on that.

I can feel 80%-90% of the women I meet are attracted to me… and that means shit. It doesn’t mean they are ready to hook up with me.

Second, many girls are not in “meet a guy” mindspace the minute you them. That’s why you connect and relate… girls will be more open to you if there is similarity.
Mystery and curiosity also play a huge factor, and those are things you can create actively.
Removing objections and sexualizing a talk are also important tools you use to even open the possibility of something happening.
And that’s not even mentioning pattern interrupts and cold reads.

And well after that are logistics considerations and retention/relationship techs…

If you think attraction is everything and attraction is there or it isn’t… you simply bought the first lesson of seduction 101 and stopped reading.

There is much more to it than you realize.
