Just wanted to point out something I noticed that isn't discussed much.
I have been noticing some of the advice from GC no longer fits well with what I'm doing. It's not that it doesn't work, but that I've found my own ways of doing things that I like. If I fall back on to the advice, it still gets the job done. Its kind of like training wheels in that when you take them off, you have more freedom without them. You need them in the beginning so you don't fall over when you stop and get a feel for turning. In seduction you need some guidelines and understanding of women before you start pulling off wheelies and hard turns. The fundamentals still apply, but you can do cool stuff after you get the basics down pat.
The thread, Why do I need to be a "Lover" if what I want is a GF?
https://boards.girlschase.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=11849#p59781
is a good example of discussion on this.
When you're starting out, moving fast is training wheels. It gets you comfortable moving at that speed. After awhile you get it, and now you can determine a little better for yourself what needs to be done. (What to do if you didn't get sex on the first date).
Bruce Lee's quote of, "Learning through structure, mastery through abandonment" applies here.
I still need the training wheels of structure with cold approach and a few other early game aspects.
But I feel like I'm understand relationship management well enough to start experimenting and looking back on the structure when things get a little crazy.
Just a thought here that the advice given here at GC isn't necessarily hard rules, but rather structure that works well when applied.
Its like a brace for a little tree that keeps it from drooping over and assists it in growing upwards until it's sturdy enough to do it on its own.
