Solution, and what I found worked the best:
1. Switch to a whole foods, plant based diet. You'll feel better and you'll start looking amazing.
2. Work out. I can't stress this one enough. It decreases stress and makes you look better, which in turn will make you more confident. It's a positive feedback loop, the more you work out the more you'll feel better, and the more you'll continue working out etc.
3. Start reading the girlschase articles.
