Decided to make a single journal and update it regularly instead of separate journals.
I was not in a good mood after the outgoing last night with the tiny Vietnamese girl, but decided to go to the mall to approach. Did 2 approaches, first one "where is Coles" second one I spotted this girl standing in line to order at Hungry Jacks, I asked her
Me: Does it close at 5.30?
She: I am not sure.
My mind was blank after that, so I didn't have anything to say, but after I left the mall I thought I could simply ask her what are you ordering, finished work? What is your job? etc. They simply didn't come to my mind then.
If you want to soft open (just invented this term) ask a yes/no question but have another question ready.
I saw a chick waiting to pick up her order from Salsas. I thought to go to her and ask about tacos there, but I didn't then passed that place again and though about going forward but didn't again. What I need to know is that having conversation is my right, just go for it, as soon as you feel you want to say something go and ask, it is not a big deal, it is natural, once you feel it, go and say it.
