Hey, ive never really been a gym person although i excersize a lot and take care of my body. However lately i wanted to take on swimming for a number of reasons, love being in the water, improve my surfing skills for the summer, etc.

Anyway, i noticed that there are a number of interesting girls at the pool where i go but that the possibilities of approaching some of them are somewhat unusual for me.

Just to take an example to explain it more clear: There is this girl that finishes her class right when mine starts, i noticed her checking me out a couple of times as i pass by and enter the water, she takes her class in a different part of the pool than mine so i cant enter where she is unless i go boldly and say hi there. She is always talking to someone while she is in the water and goes out talking to some girl friend etc. I could arrive late and try to cross her while she is in her way to the lockers, but there is no guarantee i will cross her or that she will be alone so its kind of the same scenario.

So i wouldnt have a problem to walk behind her, stop her and approach her even if she is with someone but i wonder if this is the best way to get best results in this situations. I also dont believe in waiting for the perfect opportunity because 90% of the time it never comes. So i want to take action but would like to have a few suggestions, as this is a new place for me and i dont want to get myself burned on the first approach.

So what i would like is to find a way to be simple, low effort, not too much exposure to keep my intentions somewhat uncertain for the rest.

So to go back at the example, what would you think are the possibilities of approaching a girl in that situation?

I think that im already overthinking this so thats why i would like to open it for discussion so any suggestions or ideas are welcome.

the right date makes getting her back home a piece of cake
