Touchy-feely-grabby AMOGs that you accidentally INVITE

How do you guys handle these types of AMOGs? I know Chase recommends not even confronting the AMOG and instead act bored so your girl feels social pressure to leave the AMOG and re-engage you. However, what about situations where the AMOG has a legitimate reason to be engaged (e.g. he's a guest/visitor)?

I was hanging out with 2 girls, and one of them comes back from her bathroom break telling us about a guy who was joking with her, and I told her to invite him to our group (I was feeling cocky lol). As soon as he joins our table, holy crap, he starts gaming hardcore. At some point, he sits next to me and is EXTREMELY touchy-feely-grabby with me. In the past, I would have tried to "actively" AMOG him, but I tried to apply the Law of Least Effort and minimized my talk, slowed my speech, and tried to be a rock and not flinch or touch him back (like in some "touch war") with the intent to make him look try-hard and entertainer-like. I'm not sure if I had the best strategy, but I still ended up sleeping with my girl. Looking back, pretty sure this guy was veteran PUA, but had the classic entertainer style.

Just use your eyes and body language to respond in a way that says "Wow you're really weird and trying way too hard to be my friend". The girls should mirror you if they like you.

Because i was once that entertainer guy. Short term? He might win, Long term if you guys are in a social circle? He almost always lose. Chase is Gold.
